Ken Sheehan is Smarttech247's Operations Manager.

 

Smarttech247 is a multi-award-winning Managed Detection and Response company, and a market leader in security Operations.

 

Prior to this, Ken was a Senior Communications and Information Services Officer in the Irish Defence Forces and during his 21 years service deployed on peacekeeping operations in Africa, the Balkans and the Middle East. He also held a wide variety of technical, training and operational appointments.

 

He holds an MSc in Forensic Computing and Cyber Crime Investigation, an MA in International Relations, a HDip in Leadership, Management and Contemporary Security, and a BSc in Computer Science.
