Juha-Matti Ranta was the fourth employee to join the Medanets team when he started as Sales Manager in January 2012. Since November 2012, he has been the CEO of the company.

Medanets develops mobile solutions for healthcare professionals, focussing particularly on nursing workflows. Since the mobile solutions are always integrated with Electronic Health Record systems, strong partnerships with EHR vendors are essential for Medanets. Despite the challenges of growing a niche product, the company’s perseverance has paid off. Today, Medanets’ solutions are utilized by more than a hundred hospitals across Finland, Sweden, Norway, and England.

Ranta, alongside his dedicated team of forty colleagues, is confident in the company's continued growth, particularly within the UK and German markets.
