Emily is a Partner at EY Ireland and leads the firm’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) Practice. She brings over 25 years of experience in health system transformation, specializing in large-scale clinical information systems and EHR implementations. Beginning her career as a Registered Nurse, Emily combines deep clinical knowledge with strategic insight to deliver patient-centered digital health solutions. Her expertise spans governance design, change management, benefits realization, and workflow optimization, enabling successful delivery of complex clinical transformation programs.

Emily has led provincial and multi-hospital EHR initiatives, developed strategic digital roadmaps, and overseen readiness assessments for major health systems. She is recognized for aligning technology with clinical and operational priorities to drive efficiency and interoperability. Her leadership includes advising health authorities and ministries on digital health strategy, implementing advanced EHR functionality, and guiding organizations through large-scale implementations of leading EHR platforms across Canada, the UK, and internationally.
